| Maintenance Reserve | 400.00 paid at time contract is signed |
| Leasing Commission | 15%of base rent paid from first months rent |
| Monthly Management Fee | 10% of base rent paid from rent each month |
| Lease Renewal Fee | 100.00 FLAT fee,no percentage charge to renew a lease, and we do the annual inspection at the same time as we see the tenant to sign the lease renewal. So you know the condition of the home and have a new lease. |
No advertising fees, No emergency response fees, we will not nickel and dime you to death.
Any time we need to spend more than 400.00 on a maintenance issue we call you to get your permission before we do anything, and that is in our contract.
